The hotel manager was a lovely guy, he made me feel very welcome and did his best to help me at all times. I would recommend anyone to stay there. It was in a good location to walk to the train station as well as to the market, and nice (quite) bars. it would not be the best location for those who want to be by the sea and the noisy places of the promenade.

Excellently located, just a few minutes walk to the beach; staff very friendly - helped with every question we had (e. g. recommendation/reservation for dinner) and even kept the garage open, when we arrived later in the evening. Rooms are very clean, we didn`t miss anything - we really can recommend this hotel.

Rooms very clean and confortable for the price we payed. Centraly located in Viareggio with 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby caffeteria, number of shops, markets and restaurants. It had also a free internet, and that was not indicated on hotels presentation.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lupori for a road trip without any plans and ended up staying an extra night. The location is perfect if you prefer a less touristy area and the local restaurants like Vecchia Viareggio are fantastic. The balcony at the hotel is amazing and the air conditioning works really well. Luciano, the owner, is always friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with convenient amenities like a teapot and fridge. The private parking in the garage was a huge plus. a true gem for the price.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Modest hotel, but very comfortable, with large rooms. Family run, and that adds incredibly to the charm of the experience. Nicely located near beachfront, but far enough away that you find yourself dining, shopping and interacting not with the tourists, but with the locals--who are genuinely lovely and warm people (viareggio's greatest asset). I would gladly repeat the experience at double the price!

The hotel's decoration has a lovely vintage charm, reminding me of the good old days. The general areas are tastefully designed and have comfortable seating, perfect for senior people like me to relax and unwind. The hotel is easily accessible with no stairs to climb, making it convenient for older guests.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be a bit more attentive. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a little overwhelmed and could use more help to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all guests.

This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super, away from the touristy areas and close to amazing local restaurants like Vecchia Viareggio. The balcony was jaw-dropping with stunning views. The air conditioning was top-notch and the staff, especially Luciano, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel had free parking and was near the seaside. The staff provided great ideas for things to do. The hotel had a very Italian vibe and was surrounded by fantastic cafes and restaurants within 100 meters. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel was clean with new-designed furniture. The staff and owner were polite and helpful. The room was big, clean, and had a teapot and fridge. Private parking was available in the garage. The hotel was ideally located, within a short walk to the beach, train station, food stores, and various shops. The room was nice, simple, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We can't wait to go back!
